The key to successfully implementing Synergy WorldWide’s Anti-Aging skin care program will be an effective marketing strategy to educate and benefit your salon customers.  This section will give you several methods to develop your retail sales or Profit Center 1.  And, the greater the retail sales in Profit Center 1 the greater the opportunity to share this with other salons to create the “walk-a-way” leveraged/residual income that Profit Center 2 offers to you and those in your organization.

 

 

Method 1:  Product Education

 

Most of today’s consumers are highly educated and want to know the science behind a product especially one that claims to be anti-aging.  So, the easiest way to sell Synergy WorldWide’s anti-aging line of products is to let an educational DVD plant the seeds of confidence about these products.  This DVD contains the highly acclaimed 15-minute presentation by Jerrie Wilson on the science behind the skin care products from Synergy WorldWide.  It will educate, promote, inspire confidence and create credibility for these products.  Once you see and hear Jerrie’s presentation you will immediately see it as your primary tool to educate both your customers and staff.

 

The next step is to use what we call the IQ System to introduce and qualify which of your customers would be candidates for the anti-aging skin care products.  It is all about asking questions.  The “I” is for Interest questions and the “Q” is for a Qualifying question.  For example:

 

“Sue, is taking care of your skin important to you?”  If yes, then continue with,

 

“Would slowing down the aging process or even reversing it be important?”  If yes, then continue with your Qualifying Question,

 

“If I could show you a skin care program that uses Gen III and Gen IV technology to slow down and reverse the aging of your skin and give you a more youthful and radiant look, would you like to get more information? “  If yes, then

 

“Great, while you’re waiting for me to do your hair, I’ve got a 15 minute audiovisual presentation about a new product line from Synergy WorldWide, the leader in anti-aging technologies.  If it’s all right with you I’ll play it for you while you’re waiting for me to finish your hair.”

 

Then load the DVD in a laptop or computer hard drive or DVD player and play the presentation.  Once completed, ask just one question:  “What did you think?”  Their response will dictate the direction you will go with them from actual sales to just a brochure for now.

 

 

Method 2:  Product Information

 

Included on this website under Products are PDF files for all the skin care products as well as individual product fact sheets for each of these skin care products.  Although these provide much needed information, you will still need to help people make decisions about what product or product combinations are best for them according to their budget and needs.  Download the PDF files and make copies of the product fact sheets. We would suggest that you place them in a three ring folder or binder and have them available for your customers.  We suggest making a least three of these folders or binders.  Also, Synergy WorldWide has a product brochure for the anti-aging skin care line.  You can order them off of this website.  Give a product brochure to everyone who is interested and include a Skin Care Menu similar to the following (this is also a PDF file you can download and personalize it for your salon location):

Method 3:  Product Promotion

 

The ideas here are only limited by your imagination but here are a few that help create core business while introducing the Synergy WorldWide skin care products.

 

Free Facial Day/Weekend/Week --  Set aside a day/weekend/week each month to offer a free facial with the purchase of a regularly priced service.  This allows you and your staff to build relationships as they perform a free service as well as promote the Synergy WorldWide products through actual experience with them.  We encourage you to do this each month because it will enhance regular business, draw new customers to the products and create product volume.

 

Free Sample Packet  --  Synergy WorldWide offers a sample packet that includes the Delicate Face Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner, Anti-Aging Serum, Advanced Face Cream and DNA Repair Crème.  These packages are not free so offer them with the purchase of at lease one skin care product.  That way you make a sale to cover the small cost of the sample pack and you also effectively introduce other products to them.

The “Your Synergy Success Triangle” is extremely important to utilize and understand.  The upper left hand corner will contain the names of people who are committed to your success in completing your triangle.  This is a team effort. 

The upper right hand corner contains the 5 simple steps to success.  Complete these 5 steps and teach the people in “Your Synergy Success Triangle” to do the same and you will have a dynamic and growing organization.  The body of the triangle contains seven circles.  When you come into Synergy you will occupy the top circle.  As you bring in other salons and as those above you sponsor other people, there are two items to remain focused on:

 

First, everyone on your team is actively working to complete your triangle.
